Catalisi
In the video “Catalisi” (Catalysis) 1986, images, lights and fragments of objects seem to mix and convert, one into the other, as if partaking in a cosmic ritual. Lasting 16 minutes and 20 seconds, the video synthesizes Camoni’s art work in a dynamic way. The video reveals an inner tension in continuously separating and recomposing various elements according to a superior gemometrical order.
Mostra ai Magazzini del Sale
A large anthological exhibition dedicated to the artist took place at the Archeological Museum in Bologna in 2010. The same exhibit was held one year later (2011) in the beautiful spaces of Magazzini del Sale in Cervia. This video was shot there to commemorate and bear evidence of Camoni’s artistic development and productivity.
